The owner and founder Jen came out of a domestic violence marriage in 2014 three boys in a row. In the winter of 2015 on a food share program, she received a flat of blueberries and did not know what to do with so many berries, I decided to make a blueberry cheesecake for her sons teacher for Christmas, little did you know that Jesse would begin the launch of a journey, making Cheesecakes to Ship as a side hustle for an income to provide for her sons as a single mom.
