if you order one of our full size cheesecakes, you might wonder how you are supposed to cut them without making a big mess. The way we do it in the store is to grab a wet rag or a paper towel. you know what these are soaking wet, you just want them to be slightly damp. so go ahead and grab a towel, put it under some water, then wring it out. then, get a container of your choice. make sure it is big enough to hold the cheesecake. then fill it with hot water. Then, get a cutting knife, dip it in the hot water, and then cut your cake. After each cut, wipe off your knife with a damp rag. this will give you the most clean slice. If you choose to get full-sized cheesecakes to ship, the best way to cut them is our way.
If you want our cheesecakes to ship to you on time, make sure you order them ahead of time. These cheesecakes are made with love and time, so if you want the most perfect cheesecake at your event, or anything else you want a cheesecake for, make sure you order it in a timely manner. We ship our cheesecakes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so it is perfect for you to have at a weekend event. or call me you could just put them in the refrigerator and they will be just fine for a long time. We generally need about 3 days to finish up your order after you have placed your order online or by phone or in person. so make sure you get those cheesecake orders.
Our full size cheesecakes generally serve about 12. I say generally because we cut them into 12 pieces, However, some people eat more or less depending on how they are feeling. You can also easily slice those 12 pieces in half to make 24 for more servings out of your single full size cheesecake.

When you are looking for cheesecakes, make sure you come to us first. Our shop is currently located in Albany oregon. so, if you do not want to worry about cheesecakes to ship straight to your door, you can give us a call for in-store pickup, or even just come into our store and let us know what you want. You can come in and get one of our cheesecakes that are currently out on display and ready to be eaten right now, or you can make an order ahead of time for in-store pickup. If you want to make an in store pick up order, please call our shop or order online or you can just come in the store and talk to us.
Again, if you don’t want your cheesecakes to ship to you but you want to get your cheesecakes immediately from our store, go ahead and come in and let us know. We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and saturday. so, don’t come in on Sundays or Mondays or will not be there. our store hours on tuesday, wednesday, and Thursday are from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. if you choose to come in on Friday or saturday, our store hours are 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. because it is the weekend, we want to make sure you can get your cheesecakes an hour later. We are the people that are more than able to do exactly what you were wanting with our deals.
We want what is best for our customers so we adjust our store hours and our shipping and pick up to your needs. If you have parties on Friday and Saturday, our place is perfect for you because we do not close until 8:00 p.m. on the weekends. If you choose to come in for a same day cheesecake order, it may take a little bit of time depending on how busy we are. Sometimes we can get it done immediately, and sometimes it may not get done for 25 minutes. however, that is what it takes to give you the highest quality possible. We believe in quality versus quantity, so they will be worth it for you. however, if you choose to come in at our less busy times, you can just get it immediately.
