When we ship out a four cheesecake, we do not pre-cut it. This is to ensure if the quality of the cheesecake reaches you as pristine. When you receive your cheesecake, there is in fact a proper way to slice your cake. Make sure you have a container filled with hot water and a damp paper towel or rag. Dip your cutting knife into the hot water then wipe with your dampened paper towel. Every time you cut the cheesecake make sure you take this step to ensure a clean slice.
