How do you cut a cheesecake?
Grab a rag or paper towels. Dampen them. Get a container and fill it with hot water. Dip a cutting knife into the hot water then wipe with dampen rag/paper towel. Do this after each cut to ensure a clean slice.
How long will it take to get my cheesecake?
We generally need 3 days from the time your order is placed until your cheesecake ships. We ship cheesecakes Tuesdays & Wednesdays excluding holidays.

Shipping and refunds
We ship our cheesecakes Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
We do not offer refunds for our cheesecakes, but if you are unhappy with your order please contact us by phone or email and we will work with you to make it right. We love our customers!
Can my cheesecake be delivered outside of Albany, OR?
Yes! We can now ship our cheesecakes to anywhere in the U.S. We also have in store pick-up and different local delivery options available as well.
Can I order a custom cheesecake?
We will do our best to work with you to make your perfect cheesecake, but may not be able to accommodate every request. Please contact us to learn more.
How many servings are in a cheesecake?
We cut them in our shops to serve 12. However, you can easily cut those slice in half to serve 24.
Do you ship mini cheesecakes and slices?
At this time we ship our full size cheesecakes, mini cheesecakes, and our cheesecake bites. If you would like to make a special request please call our shop and we will do our best to accommodate your desired order.
Single slices are available for in store pick-up. Please call us to place an order, or come in order while you are inside!
Can I place an order for in store pick-up?
Yes, we offer in store pick-up at our shop in Albany, OR. Please call the Albany shop at 541-220-0823 to order online for in store pick-up.
Depending on the level of busyness decorating a same day order cheesecake may take 10-25 minutes
